Both the iAdaptAir and Air Doctor use an H13 HEPA and Carbon filter. We haven't tested our units for particles as small as .003 microns, but since we use the same grade of HEPA (H13) the results would be comparable. But HEPA and Carbon is all that Air Doctor has.
