If the device is plugged in, a damaged outlet could be the cause. Please try a different outlet.&#xA0;If you own an iAdaptAir 2.0, make sure the lid is fully closed and the filters are properly inserted.If you own a Legacy iAdaptAir, you may try swapping the power supply cord from another unit if you have multiple, to see if the power supply cord is defective.&#xA0;&#xA0;
