Why does my Essential Oil Diffuser keep turning itself off?Updated 7 months ago

This can happen for one of three reasons.

1. The water level is too low in the tank
2. Water was accidentally poured into the base of the unit. Allow it 24 hours to dry without the power connected and try again.
3. One of the auto-off timers were activated.
