Can I send in my unit for repair or to have you replace a filter or other consumable part?Updated 4 months ago

We do not currently offer maintenance services for our products. They are designed in a manner that allows the end user to conduct their own maintenance. We do carry certain replacement parts that we can send to customers for their repair. We've found in most cases sending out a replacement part and allowing the customer to do the repair leads to quicker a easier resolutions. If the product is still under warranty and defective please let us know.
