• Make sure you have the "Air Oasis Home" app. 
• After doing so, ensure your Bluetooth is on and that you are connected to the same Wi-Fi that you are trying to connect the purifier to. 
• You will then need to ensure your iAdaptAir is powered on and in the app select link device. 

Furthermore, once you have done so if the connection process doesn't pair, then please reach out with any specific issues, such as the purifier beeping every minute or getting stuck on a loading screen.
