Why does my 2.0 Purifier read "0" when it's working?Updated 2 months ago
The 2.0 Purifier is designed to clear the air quickly and efficiently. If the air quality sensor shows a reading of "0," it is often because the purifier is working faster than the sensor can detect. The unit removes airborne particles such as dust, pollen, and smoke so rapidly that by the time the sensor measures and updates, the particles have already been cleared, resulting in a "0" or "good" reading.
Please keep in mind that a "0" reading specifically measures the air quality in the immediate vicinity of the purifier. To ensure that the air quality is measured correctly throughout the entire room, you may want to consider adding more air purifiers or placing additional air quality sensors in the other corners of the room.
