Why does my 2.0 Purifier read "0" when it's working?Updated 4 months ago
The 2.0 Purifier is designed to clear the air quickly and efficiently, but the reason it may show a reading of "0" on the air quality sensor is that the purifier is often working faster than the sensor can detect.
The purifier removes airborne particles such as dust, pollen, and smoke much faster than the sensor can register the change. In many cases, by the time the sensor is able to measure and update the air quality, the particles have already been cleared, resulting in a "0" or a "good" reading.
