How long does it take to receive a refund?
This greatly depends on your bank. Most refunds will appear on your account within 3 to 14 days. If you're returning an item, then the refund process will begin once we receive and review the returned items.
How do I register for warranty?
Good news, Air Oasis no longer requires warranty registration. The process is automatic! Should you need to file a warranty claim in the future, we may ask for your proof of purchase and/or the serial number for warranty verification
